Just got my multi DVA meter in today from my Mercury dealer Buddy Scott. This thing hooks up to EVERY + coil feed wire and to my DVA meter and it has a long enough wire to go to the seat of most any boat. It has a selector switch that you can go to each coil and check voltage...KWELL TOOL , saves tons of time!

For those who are interested this tool is available from Mercury, this part is located in the Mercury tool manual..

Ralph,
I heard that your V8 makes so much power you blank of the two bottom holes...Is that correct ? ;)

Happy Holidays,
Jay and Cathy

I just consider them as spares to still get me home on 6 cylinders.
