So when you do the 24V trim deal does it significantly cut down on the trim motor life? This would be a built in the clamp ram/pump. Probably just need to do the down. Thanks

I ran 24 volt on a std 3 wire system for 3 yeers wit no problemz......24v's on a 2 wire, wit relays ain't az fergive'in....Have plenty relays!!

I wouldn't suggest putting it on the down side.

its the built in pump/ram, 3 wires going to the relays...?

Depending on the hull a boat can get outta shape on you if you're running full tilt and lay the hull back down too fast(24v down). Why would you want to put it on the down side? I can see a reason for putting it on the up on a boat used for racing but not the down. I wish mine had 6 volts on the down side. Just my opinion

Yea, fergit tha down 24, U juss gunna git yself in trouble..FAST!!

3 wire uses solonoids...2 wore uses tha relays...../2 wire has to swap positive and negitive to work.....3 wire juss swaps positive from the blue to the green, and the ground stays the same......

U can use solonoids for 2 wire, but it takes 4 ov them and a maze of wire'in..
