european yamaha 300

Im looking at buying a boat that has a 300 yamaha,got the owner to give me the serial # local dealer cant find any info,he said it was and european motor,wanted to find out if it had oil pump upgrade,should I look for another boat or can I get info on this one,Its a 2005 with 275 hrs

what I want to know is what year it is,serial #Z300AETO,model 6D0X1000191,any other guys from europe run these numbers to see what yr it is,owner says its 2005,usa yamaha dealers do not have info on these type of motors,numbers will not work,if anyone can run or find a website to decode what yr it is thanks
