Last year the T2X was raced?

I have an issue of propeller from the late 80's early 90's from the OPC nat's and i think it was Ted May who won Formula 100 with a T2X it was an open cockpit.I will try to find it.

I don't know how long the 99ci classes persisted ... it would probably be answered better by asking what was the last year Formula 100 or the mod classes ran.

formula 100 ran here in 1990

Formula 100 only alowed 5 carbs or less. This is the class the Chrysler (Force) ran in. You'd have to go back to SST class for the T2X.

Wasn't there a Mod 100 class that they ran in for a while? I also recall seeing a T2X modified to just 5 carbs to run in Formula 100

yep...then it changed to Mod 110 (to include the first OMC V4 loopers) in 1985. Guys like Jack Withrow ran Twister stuff in Mod 100/110 and also Formula 100 into the early 1990s (I think 1993 was the last year for F100).

withrow was the last person i saw with one , they had a local race here in tampa , and he ran one
