Well, here it is..now, where do I put the garage! Yeah, it's an ex rental property, so it needs a good clean up, but the basic structure is very good, new roof and wall cladding. Nice 13ft wide driveway. Back of the house wil be extended a little, wil put a nice large kitchen/dining room opening onto the yard...I don't know what they were thinking with that tiny wondow!

View from the front door..if you look real closely, you can see water through the trees.

It's a decent size yard. Part of me wants the garage close to the house, say at the end of the driveway, but right down the back of the yard would be good too, then I could dump junk...errr...store projects more asily!

Congrats on the new house. Lots of room for projects. As I told my wife the more projects the less grass to cut. Rick

NIGHTMARE of home ownership:mad:

Just kiddin!

Congrats! It's great (and not so great...I've replaced every major appliance in 10 yrs! had frozen pipes, bad valves, ants of every varity size and color! All of a sudden a 4yr warranty is'nt long enough! I remember being mad when I replaced my hot water heater...."What the best warranty available is only 5 yrs?")

You have great yard! Palm trees out the front door!! Way cool. Looks like a great view!

Congrats again!

Last year my father inlaw got himself a 30x64 pole barn! Put a wall in the middle, insulated workshop in front, storage in back, door in each end and middle. 10' ceilings, 9x9 doors, AAAARRGGG!

I want!!!!!
