2.4 low rpm knock

i have a knock more like a clank at around 1500=2000 rpm any idea what i should be lookin for thanks guys

Your flywheel sounds like it's loose. Could be something else but that's common. I've also seen the flex plate on the flywheel crack from the center bolt holes all the way around from one to the other. Just my educated guess, It still could be something else. Without more info it's just guessing.

My 2.5 seems to do the same thing but intermittenly,Thanks for the post and a possible answer that i would not have thought of..
