water in bottom carb.

I pulled the carbs off my 2.4 to go through them. I found water in the bottom carb which would explain the rough running. Why would there be water in just the bottom carb? Where should I look for the problem?

Yup last in line - "bottom" of the system. If you've got any water in the tank that's where it'll end up.
