78 Hydrostream Vulture. Found this on craigslist thought I had to have it. I have been looking for a something cheap I could hotrod for a while. I thought it was a deal until my wife says I think this is going to be my boat.

Solid floor and transom, pretty untouched original, but faded. Just needs some rigging to be lake ready.216143216144216145

Nice hotrod. Stupid question, but whats the difference between this and a Viking? is it length, cause they look the same to me. Thanks.

That looks to be all original, even the interior. Nice, nice find. Hope you can keep it as close to original as possible. These are not easy to find with all the parts intact. With today's power, FAST.

OMCD, besides being 2' longer, the hull is very different. Pad, setback, strakes, keel, forefoot...all different and unique to the Vulture.

I had a neighbor back in the early 80s had the same color, same back to back seats I think it was a 1978 with a 200, anyway he took me for my first fast ride and that was it I was hooked! Cool boat enjoy.
