Hi Guys ,I picked up a Bridgeport EFI basket case awhile back and I'm ready to start putting this thing together as a carb motor. My question is what about the bleed lines,do I need to install lines that run to the cylunders like a standard 2.4? any help would be appreciated. Thanks Phil

The bleed lines prevent fuel from puddling at the reed cages as the carbs place the fuel air charge in front of the reed cages and the center horn injection puts fuel directly into the crankcase behind the cages while the air comes in through the horn. You will likely have a loading up problem at idle if you go very far at idle speeds but you can simply put the engine in neutral and clear it out before you take off and it should be fine as the SST-120 race engines are carbed and have no bleed lines.
