Phantom tunnel hull

I just picked up a 14' phantom tunnel hull. Anyone ever heard of such a beast? I can't find any info on them.

I need some advice on how to set the thing up. Jack plate or not, what kind of H.P? I'm in the process of putting new stringers and floor in it.
