Why do the Blue/Silver, etc tarps, always cut short?

Damn, ya think after all these years, that when ya buy a 8x10 (I only do silver tarps, from the Harbor Freight in town), that they would have the skill to figure out how to do a few more inches, for the fold/seam? Not cut to length, THEN the fold and heat seal? Then its a 7 foot 6/7/8, x 9 foot, 6/7/8?
STUPID! Damn, I NEED a full 8x10! How hard is this to make?:reddevil:..(needed that rant....stupid is daily......:eek::D:thumbsup:
