Yamaha Props????

Anyboby tell me the difference in a Yam. M1 and T1 series prop? Any of you guys ever run one on a Merc? Thanks in advance.:)

I used to run a 27 T1 on my flats boat w a yami 250. Used to run 83 at 6400 with the 1.75 gears. It had LOTS of bow lift. I loved it on the heavy fishing boat. You could not get it to blow out no matter how high on the jack you were. It would just hold the bow up high till you ran out of water pressure. Had great hole shot to.

It is my understanding that the difference between the T1 and the M1 is the diameter. The T1 is 15 1/8.and the M1 is 14 5/8. The T1 was designed for heavy bass boats with trolling motors on the bow. Has lots of cup and blade area..... I like em for heavy pad V's.

They perform alot like a tempest plus. Can run on merc no prob with proper thrust washers.
