If you are referring to the Red wire with Yellow Stripe: This wire is tied to a solid Red Wire inside the ECU harness. The solid red wire is attached to the Starter Solenoid Terminal and provides +12vdc power to the ECU and to the Injectors. All Injectors have a Red Wire with Yellow Stripe going to them.

If you are referring to the Yellow Wire with the Red Stripe: This wire is attached to a terminal block just above the Starter Solenoid. Generally it is attached to the same terminal with a Yellow Wire with a Black Stripe that comes from the Engine Harness. This is the Start/Enrichment signal from the Key Switch.
