I have a 2000 Johnson 150 (60 deg Eagle) that boggs or stalls on sudden acceleration from idle when hot. Launches like a rocket first trip of the day. After that, It's fine if I push the throttle an inch, pause for a split second, then punch it, otherwise it bogs or quits.

I've been through the sync and link. I've seen people suggest putting the timing out in front of the throttles a little to help this conditon. I tried that, and it helps but didn't cure. I went around the carb and manifold base gaskets with the straw on a can of weasel piss to check for vacuum leaks. I didn't find anything. I've richened up the idle screws to the point of a rough idle. Again better, but not great. The engine just runs too good under any other conditions for there to be too much wrong with it!

Anyone run across this before? What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Verify your throttle advance arm is not sticking, I was responding to a Guy reporting "Heat Soak" as a know issue in another blog and it turns out to be his advance sticking when its hot ..
Have a mate observe it for fluid motion during acceleration with the Cowling off ...

This thing had the heat soak issue when I bought it, but a new impeller solved that. I will check further. I haven't observed any sticking in watching it with the engine off, or sitting in the splashwell, but I haven't run it up to speed without the cowl either.

On a 60 degree the timing moves the carb linkage it does not stick like the 90 degree engines. I would start by doing a good decarb as it sounds like it may be a low on vaccum once warm. I would also verify proper engine temp.
