I am new to outboards. I have a Concord 20' with a 1986 200 mercury. I rebuilt the carbs with new needles/ seats and new floats. It runs much better but at low speeds (just off idle) it seems rough and loads up. I am running NGK BR8HS plugs gapped at .035. Is there anything I can do to improve the low rpm. Midrange and high speeds are great. I am using Mercury oil. Any help to a new-comer to the outboard world would be appreciated. Are the EFI motors much better when idleing around for long periods of time?
