How do I read and reply to a Pm?

How do I read and reply to a Pm? it takes me to a weird page that give me options to move it download it anything but read and reply to it.

Sounds like your checking the box to try and open it. Instead, just click on the title to open and read it, right below the message text there will be a "reply" button.

I just ignore the pop up window and go to the top right corner of the page here and click on notifications. That'll open the window where you can read and then there's the option to reply down at the bottom.

What happens when you click on the message "other" ?

nothing at all.. that's the weird part.. there is no subject that I can see either

I can open yours just fine but the first one I got doesn't have a subject to click on weird! thanks for the help!
