using outlook question

Anyone know how to change settings in outlook? for some reason now when I get an email with a link in it I cant just click the link. I get a message that the computer settings wont allow me to open the link. I never changed it to do that so I don't know what the heck went wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure your default browser is set to internet explorer in your internet options.

I changed it back to my default and restored all settings to factory settings and still a no go:(
error I get is " this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer"

HI Mark!!!!! miss you....try this, go to your internet explorer toolbar, internet options and reset everything back to their defaults especially on the programs and advanced tab...
