I've read somewhere that blushing can be removed without sanding using amonia. Does anyone have experience(s) with this or any other method that does not involve sanding?
Thanks in advance.

Amine blush is removed with water!
I've never heard the ammonia thing but do know that lacquer thinner and any other solvent of this type won't work.
The universal solvent comes to the rescue. Just dampen a rag and wipe it off. dry with another rag. The sanding may be for roughing for a following coat, but it isn't the method for removing it. Also there may not be any amine blush. Humiditity plays a part.
