think its worth $500? for boat and half a$$ trailer and a 454 mercruiser on the floor.

I would say it's worth it unless the 454 was used for an anchor & not for power! But remember, cash in hand talks!

I was thinking the same thing. Looks pretty rough. It's going to cost you more than the value of the usable parts to get the crap hauled off after the good stuff is removed. I'm all for saving these old boats but someone should be paid to haul that one off from the looks of that picture.
