Yeah, I took that photo back in 2005 with a very cheap lens. Interesting that it's been around so much.

I was there with OMCD watching the whole thing unfold. Every frame of that run, from the time Hank started to the time the boat sank is burned into my memory in full high def, it was insane.

Yeah it was nuts. I remember after Hank's first run he said something like, "I'm going to get 140 on the next run." That's when I knew I had to be ready with the camera. :(

Is that the run where the boat looked real squirrley right from the start? I saw a video of it just last week somewhere...maybe here?

That's the one. I remember several people muttering "he's going over this run" to themselves as he got out of shape right from the start.

I remember sitting in Dave's (OMCD) boat watching that pass also. Stumbled into the wife's video of it just a few weeks back. Somehow her pics weren't quite as clear as Greg's.
