S&F images/smiles changed

Is this me or you? Some of the smiles are changed to random images as well as avatars. I have firewall/antivirus/hard firewall/adblock/defender...lol. When I check the image it still shows the S&F file name. For example this one comes up as some random black part of a photo:

That was the little folder before the thread name at top of page.

I emptied the cache and its gone maybe it was FF. What is up with FF lately I keep getting things happening like this, is someone trying to hack it lately or what. Never had that for years with firefox....never emptied anything.

It is still doing it in the smiles, the parts look like parts of other images I have up.
