Im going to paint and I have some corners that need to be filled and caulked .Im planning on painting over the caulk. I will be spraying dupont two stage.

Yachter 55, I have used 5200 lots of times. Just let it dry overnite and spray rite over it. Hasn't peeled or shrunk or nuthin. 5 years use....I think it helps if the 5200 is still not fully cured for best adhesion...

Use a good product like 3M,they have a very good one called seam sealer,plus others check your paint supply store,good luck..

3m makes a 2 part urathane seam sealer that we use on the floor of cars "show cars" and paint over it with no problem at all .. Once this seam is dry you can also sand it if you have a big blob of it somewere and it still looks awsome !!

Thanks guys ,I decided to do it the hard way and I grinded ,and glasssed them. I hated the way the caulk always grew mold and looked dirty .
