Just picked up the boat and runs great but gets to the rev limiter, 6500 rpm, a bit too easy. Tested the boat with 500 pounds of passengers and about 25 gallons of fuel, not quite sure about the boat weight, maybe 2000lbs w/motor? Anyway it ran up to about 75mph without much trouble with a trophy plus 25, any suggestions on other props to try, not gonna ski or tube, just plan on cruising the river at about 40 or 50mph, but would like to get to the 80 mark if possible???
Boat seems to be a bit light in the nose and it does have a set of Dana 18" tabs on it to keep it under control.
