..Pulse 210 w. 225 OMC Looper, no set back. Pad width was 7.75 inches. My best prop was a Raker, so I would expect a Tempest Plus which is similar would be a good bet for top end. My rig hated any small diameter props and needed at least 14.25 diameter to run without excessive slip. Other options for you include the Rev 4- similar blade size to Tempest but with 4 blades instead of three, or maybe a Bravo 1 which is bigger yet. Don't waste time with hubless props, I tried a nice OMC SRX chopper and it took about a half mile to hook up and come up on plane. Best pitch for me was 24 inches w/1.87 gears in the lower. Your rig is bigger, but probably has a little more HP than the carbed '93 Evinrude I ran back then.

I have the prop that would work great, its a 14 5/8 x 27 Yamaha performance XL. It works just like the Raker I ran when I had an OMC. It's too large a diameter for my boat. PM me we might be able to work something out. Yamaha props are the same hub as Mercury.
