Hey! Sweet! I completely restored mine. New stringers, floor, seats... Made some improvements along the way too, like creating a bilge. I just had my boat out today. It did 72.6 on GPS. Have fun!

I would like to get $7500.
The paint, transom and deck work alone was $4100.
For an additional $500 I would include a 1962 short shaft 40HP White Johnson with extra prop and original controls.
If someone was really interested I have a huge list of custom options and work that have been done to it :thumbsup:
BTW, I could also have it brought to someone by Frank Mole no problem :cheers:

Those are both very cool and different boats. I am in the midst of restoring a 14` 1959 Sea Fury. It has huge tailfins like the cars of the fifties, and will be powered by a `61 75 Evinrude Starflite. Extreme speed isn`t everything. I have a raceboat for that.

Im re rigging it with a 60HP Evinrude 2cyl with trim and tilt. I have put a cone and LWPU so I can run the motor high. Got a 21 Cleaver to try on it. Should be ready to run in a couple weeks. Hoping to see speeds in the 60's. If not we will put a 75 Stinger on it. Im going to put a 50-60 2cyl. on the orange one also. Any Idea what that Rapid Craft weighed without motor??

When I was kid... Probably about 10-13 years of age. My best friend had one these with a 40 Tohatsu. We thought it was the coolest thing ever!!! I wanted one so bad but my parents thought it was dangerous. They were right!!! It was ........ We would launch it 6-8 ft in the air off cruiser wakes. Capsized it once. Partially sank it a few others.... Ran it hard aground countless times .. Broke the windshield off under the dock. Lost a cowling at WFO hitting a submerged pile. Then hit a dock at 25-30... She was done :(:( That was it for our Addictor days. His parents sold it out from under us...... Surprised it lasted that long... Ahhhh the memories....

Here is my custom '88 Addictor 333. I converted it from a 40hp outboard to a Bombardier 110hp Jet Drive as well as all new paint/gel coat, custom interior frame and upholstery, new windshield, and vinyl graphics and custom steering wheel with trigger style throttle.

yeah, I bought it from a guy that just wanted it out of his garage. It was blown up #5 rod was sticking out the side. Dropped it off at Ruck had him fix the block and sleeve and I put it back together. Ive got about $1800 total in the motor. It only knows 2 speeds Idle and wide open.
