I have a 94 40 omc trim motor runs 4 10 seconds then it stops working let it site 4 a min starts working for about 10 seconds again then stops y?:confused:

Check for a bad ground in the trim wiring and relay box. Also try having someone lightly tap on the trim unit when it stops. If it starts up once being tapped then it will not be long before it quits completely. If anything goes wrong with the unit other than the motor it is pretty much a throw away and replace. See what the fluid looks like. Is it dark and burnt smelling?
