Bulk resizing of pics

I can't seem to get IrfanView to do this, is there any freeware that will? I want to make a vacation slideshow on Flickr, all of my pics are 3000 X 4000.

i'm not sure about flicker or irfanview, but on smugmug i can tell it what size i want viewed once the full size file is uploaded. i cal also batch resize very easily with nikon view nx
