The next weekend me and my dad got the 35hp kicker that was on the back of it.We took it apart and dida few restos and it ran.

Isn't a sunken boat's cargo called "salvage" (sounds good anyway).

No we asked the peolple that owned the boat and they said they didnt care.Any ways we were 50 mi offshore ,they were going to texas,they had no type of Epirb or any radios so if we didnt see them they would have probably been goners.Plus we toated them all the way back to shore,and for my dads triple engine midnight express that gets like .65 mi to the gallon we kind of paid for it.

Yes it is, Plus anything outside 15miles offshore is international waters, if i remember correctly.

We were 400 feet away from that spout at one time when we were heddin to the rescue of thoes unprepared sailers. They did not have **** to save their lives if we didnt happen to see their asses!!
