Prop question

I have a stratos bass boat model 181 pro v (18.5'). I have a 150 mercury xr2 on it. With heavy load will run 47 mph but only turning 4900 rpm. The current prop is a Turbo 2+2 stainless prop 24 pitch. Any suggestions for what prop I should be running. Would appreciate any help.
