OK let's hear why the MXL Pista is so much better than the Strada? what about all the different sensors and such. I was hoping the price on these things would be dropping, it does not seam like they have changed ?
Anyone use the Racepac 250 KT LDX ? how do you like it?
Thanks jj

I used the pro, two friends run the pista....... the pro is way better.

RPM Racing used the racepack, we never really got to see what it could do. But I do know he was having a lot of trouble with it, rpm and EGT not reading all the time. or at all.
The MXL has been flawless for all of us that use it.

Did you pay less than $2k for it?

I paid 4+ for mine but I had a lot of stuff most will never have. It is worth the money, you remove ALL guesswork from testing. Your wear and tear is dramatically reduced. Add that your performance increases. The idiot lights on the dash saved one of my motors. That more than PAID for the unit alone.
I ran the MERC ECU interface (everything the ECU see's.. air temp, motor temp, map sensor, rpm etc), GPS, 8 EGT, fuel psi, water psi, water temp, fuel level, throttle position.

The bottom line is it saves you in the long run.

Sounds like a worthwhile tool for the serious speedfreak
