1986 2.4 engine and a 1 piece exhaustplate question

I have an 86 2,4 with a fishing mid and 2pc exhaust
I am trying to put in a 1 pc exhaust so that I can mount the wing plate to it for hydraulic steering set up, is this going to work for my application?

any sugestions?

Sorry, but I would expect a cooling system nightmare. It can be done, but the block/plate mods require knowledge and experience that few people have.
