How about some of us get together and do a MONSTER MARINE type show I thought their work was ok but a little hackey if you know what I mean. I guess it's because their rushing.

GOOD SHOW...I watch it all the time...It's too bad they had to hack-up a perfectly good IMPALA SS tho... There weren't that many made & I certainly would have taken it off there hands & given them my wife's Grand Marquis that I just sold...I cringed when they first started to hack & strip it...I also question all the "freebies" they get??? That rim & tire combo was worth about $3000+- !!! The airbag suspension isn't cheap either!!! Then they put sheet metal screws into the tires for traction?!?!?! that stuff hurtz!!! Also, I don't think you want to piss JESSE off...hahaha

i cringed when i saw what they were doing to it. those cars are still very sought after cars. my dad works at a chevy dealership and he said when they get one in on trade it's gone just about as fast. goes to show you the people that produce that show are not car lovers. they could have done the same thing with an ex cop car caprice for a whole lot less money

how bout jesse picking the zamboni blade up by the sharp side? after being told that you could shave with it.

anyone see the one with the mustang they turned into a lawnmoewr < check out that spelling!.
the thing had injected afterburning tailpipes! COOOL.

tHEY ALSO DONT INCLUDE THE COST OF THE PAINT JOB which has to be worth @ 4-5000.

good show though.

damn 944's are the biggest pieces of chit i could buy one in good shape for a few thousand. the damn things should be called VWs because thats all they realy are, a VW with a porsche body.

944's arn't so bad... They can be fixed up and made fairly good... Its gives us low budget Porsche lovers a car that is within reach. Now if you want a total piece of porshe **** we can talk about a 914... Those were a joke... I've never owned a Porsche myself but been around many such as 944, 924, 928 and even got the chance to baby sit a friend's Porsche 930 RUF 1999 for a week when he was out of town..


Not that this has anything to do with Outboards but talking about Porsche got me thinking about my dreams of building a SCCA Autocross car...

Don't most of the upcoming shows look like they are going to be repeats of shows I saw LAST year????? Trash truck Swamp boat ??????? I thought they would have NEW shows for this year????????!!!!!!!
