A friend of mine is wanting to buy some basset type over transom headers for his 460 jet boat. The problem is his transom is too high for the standard size, they wont clear. His measurements are 13.5" from the center line of the front exhaust port to level with the transom and 14.25" from the centerline of rear exhaust port to level with the transom. So to clear by 3" we would need the headers to measure about 17.25" from exhaust point center line to the collector assuming they are angled correctly. He also wants them about 47" long from the front exhaust bolt to the end of the pipe, I think that is pretty close to standard length. Can one of the vendors on this sight can make these for him. He knows it wont be cheap and wants them done right. Any suggestions? Thanks guys

A vee drive header may work for you, Theyt would be tilted up pretty good on a jet. I know they were toying with upswept headers too at Bassett.
www.fabshopheaders.com These guys built the headers for "Drag N Fever" the highly mod'ed Taylor SS.

We called Paul at basset and he had a solution for us, thanks! P.S. those one off headers in the pic are bad as*!
