Boating on Lake Chatuge Ga. Places to stay?

We traveled over to Lake Chatuge after trying out all the lakes around there last summer while staying in Franklin NC.

We really liked Chatuge and have decided to rent a couple of lakefront houses, at least 3br/3 bath and at least one with a non-clay swim beach.

We are planning on July 3rd-10th.

We would also like to have them fairly close to each other.

Are there any marinas with 93 octane?

I would appreciate any suggestions that ya'll have.

Thanks much, I have looked at a few places on VRBO.com and a couple others but it is too far to drive to look at them. We also need to book soon to get the holiday week.
