Looks good. 3800 stall seems steep though!

Trailer hitch? Can you tow your boat with it? looks nice and not too much. I'm sure it's spunky with the high stall..

thanks for the compliments!! this truck doesnt have a trailer hitch, i have another 99 4x4 ranger that i use to tow the boat and use as my daily driver. this was my daily for about 2 years until i bought another truck.
its very fun to drive with the high stall, its pretty quick for a v-6 pickup, 4.0 is the same motor ford has been using in the newer v-6 mustangs, the trannies are almost identical also. have never had this on the track but many guys with similar setups were hitting low 14's and even breaking into 13's with a good set of tires

Go get some numbers with it and let us know! My Vector/Johnson set up is taking my money this winter. Next winter I'm shooting for deep into the 10's with my Mustang which is currently running 11.30's.
Speed is addicting isn't it!? :D

I'll have to get some pics of my 09 crew cab chevy, its 2/4'd right now, ghetto style in the rear but it works, it was just way to high from GM...
my 01 reg cab chevy was a 4/6 and it was perfect, that was my baby, regret selling it to this day after all of the work I put in to it with the motor built, chasis changes, interior changes, etc... ugh, I hate myself sometimes...

I've lowered all my vehicles ,sense 1978 . I started with a Chevy Luv truck , them a Toyota , Mitubitsi , RX7 , 1500 and 2 Tahoes . All static ,and all within the first couple of weeks of owning them from new . I've also lowered many others for freinds over the year . Every thing from VW's , To Astro Vans . But don't have picks left of any of them .
You've done a Very Nice job on your Ranger . I noticed ,you've got switches and a gage in the consol ,so I'm guessing it'd Bagged . Very nice chose on the Tire & Wheel package . It works perfect with your truck . Also like the fact ,that you haven't gone over board on this project . Just a Nice Clean Factory Look !
Way To Go !!!

My last Tahoe , the Blue Two door ,most of the Fl. people have seen . Was a 4"/6" drop using spindles and springs up front , with a mix of stock on after market leats in the rear . It was rolling on Factor Impala SS wheels , with 255/50's and 275/50's . It was comletely stripped of al the emblems ,moldings ,roof rack and running board ,for just a plain Clean Stock Look . Much like your Ranger . It's fun to keep people guessing ,if it came that way , or why it looks so differant then there , without being obvious .
My current ride is an '02 GMC , Seira . Short bed , standard cab . Can't beleive I've driven this thing for 6 months STOCK . That's just not like me . In my defence though , I did pick it up at the same time I got the new STV , so you know where all the extra cash has been going .

Thanks alot Rich i appreciate the compliments. This truck actually isnt bagged its a static 4/5 drop from djm. the front is lowered with dropcoils and upper and lower control arms and the rear is just flipped with doetsch tech drop shocks and 3/4" rear sway bar. the switches on the explorer center console that i added to the truck are for my tranny cooler fan, foglights, ooga horn(its funny driving down the road and making people look around when they hear an old style ooga horn and see my truck lol) and the gauge is a stewart warner tranny temp gauge that matches the color of my gauge cluster. After putting the higher stall converter in i was a little worried about my tranny temps sky rocketing from the extra slip so i added a larger tranny cooler and a fan but they are actually not as high as i had thought they would be. The converter drives almost like my factory converter and isnt too sloppy. I just picked up a set of headers and need to buy an underdrive pulley. I have had this truck for almost three years and have a ton more i want to do on the list but im redoing the boat this winter and its sucking up all my money. My parents always complain that it sits in the driveway now that i have a daily driver but its one of those things i plan on dieing with so hopefully its something ill have for awhile. Thanks again for the compliments
