HI There , Cant seem to get any Bow lift out my Stv (with a v) , im running a 280 hp 2.5 Merc short shaft , straight on the transon , with the shaft is 1/2 inch below the bottom of the boat. The boat blows out as soon as you reach 6500 rpm.
Tried a 26p clever same result , 26 chopper same result ,
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it a swept skeg? If it is you run OK, I had a STV that did that one time, I put a Bobs coned 200 case on and found out that the cone was off center..
It's an STV. How much "bow lift" are you expecting? Is it NOT fast enough?
