Anyone have a work around or another part to replace the 814012 2 fuel pressure regulator in the VST? Without having to replace the entire VST?

Jeff, I don't know if I'm understand'in what ya ax'in...But, if your regulator iz bad, I have used a bypass regulator(inline) and run the bypass back to the tank(U kan remove the regulator off the tank, and thread the hole to 1/8th" pipe)...
This wuz on a 1991 XRI, before I took it off and relocated the pump, and I don't know if U kan do that on the newer vst tanks...I used a spare BG bypass regulator, and hook'd it inline, under the cowl...work'd good, juss look'd like chit!!

have you thought about moving the efi pump to the boat, high pressure line to the motor, ditching the vst and running a return line back to the tank? Can use any regulator you want then, adjustible etc
