300x exhaust port height

anyone have a port map for the 300 x 3 litre? curious to know what the differences are between a 250 efi and the 300 x, and has anyone played w/ the port timing on the 250/300?

Hello I see you are looking for the same info as me. I have a stock 225 which I'm in the process of turning into a 300x would it be possible for you to send me a copy of the 300X port maps ? Also do you know what the head CC is on the 300X ?

Exhaust height is 1.715 from the deck to the top of port, 3.075 from deck to the bottom of the port, and the width is 2.330. When I get by the shop I'll grab the diagram with all the transfer ports on it and post it.

When you compare different stroke motors like a 260 and a 300X, distance from deck to the top of port doesnt mean much if anything. It s degrees of duration that matters.

exactly, but if you look at the width of the ports as well it is tame!! trying to figure out where to put the boost/transfer ports
