anyone know what kind of boat this is.. Thought to be an old cigarete but dont know.. this is the id code of the vin CCD. not there current number.. anyway wondering if anyone knew..

Just to clarify....it's not the ownership under Murray or Genmar as those have different numbers.

Post a pic if you can. If it's an old Stinger, I have some knowledge of the 31, 38, 39 and 41' versions. Also have an old friend who knows pretty much the entire line.

yeah its a 26 stinger... ur right.. its actually CCB.. i was wrong. but makes sense.. its got the two cabbin windows. twin i o's.. fuel leaked through the bottom of boat.. not looking so great.. tank rotted apperently.. saw the fuel bleeding through today when i looked at it..

What year is it? OMC or Mercruiser?

Sounds like a lot of work. At least there might be $250 in parts on it.

1982. its a mercruiser. twin alpha transom housings only thing left.. throttles.. old style.. but everything else is needing replacement. yeah it would be a huge undertaking. plus it has a yellow paint job. thats got some runs and stuff. so it would need to be stripped. new hatch ,motors, new transom. not loving the hull to put that much work into it..
