I will take the roar of a blown BBC over the buzz of a outboard anyday:thumbsup:

Unless its on the pontoon boat then a 4 stroke is the way to go:D

To each there own, as long as everyone is having fun:cheers:

i think anyone that dares to mention another vessel in this thread, should produce a picture and some stats of the contender so we can see what kind of awesome craft could even be compared to the DRAGN. big wave daves skater must be special, and we all appreciate special boats so lets see it!

For outboards Big Dave's Skater has got to be up there.

For non outboards Drag'n Fever takes the cake.

Both boats are extremely well thought out and the majority of people can't even begin to comprehend the hours that went in to buildin both. Both very awesome machines.

This would be my choice, and I'm a jet guy...This is Cow Boys toy

A little info about the boat, from the owner... To give you guys some info on the boat, it is a 1985 Bitz I bought the boat in 1993 and it has sat tucked away in my garage since then, I sold my gullwing jet boat last year and decided it was time to rebuild it. Everything on the boat was replaced with new parts nothing was reused, I sold the injected alcohol motor and had a new motor built by Al Lombardo in Conn. The motor is a 540/1100hp with a ton of torque, The paint job turned out beyond my wildest dreams, it was done by Mark Brown Studios up here in Maryland, he is one fine artist!!!!! The only remaining work to complete are a couple of hoses, mount ny tanks down and rebuild the v-drive and YES install a whirlaway kit!!
