HPDI crankshaft question

What is the differnce between a Crankshaft for a 2.6l HPDI and a 2.6l Ox66?? I need one for for HPDI but cant identify what the difference would be between the two? Anyone ran into this?

Rockettman, very good question !!. Yes ther is a major difference. Ther are two ways to tell. First do you have the old one that came out of the HPDI. Look at the lower counter weight do you see any machining grooves cut into it ?? hpdi cranks will have these grooves cut in the lower counter weight. Secondly, look at the connecting rod journals the ox66 journals are offset at 10* from eact other. the hpdi journals will only be offset to 5*. the hpdi crank journals will be almost parellel.
