will a 2.4 explate fit a 2,5 block???,why does a intake spacer,behind the reeds help:confused: does any body have a ob dyno 2 test all these mods,tunners,porting,spacers,different carbs,timing,93 octane,air boxes, covers,mids, i know its all secert but any thing will help all of us :D:D:D thanks tripps

i really like a 2.4 bp plate, and tunner on a 225,260. not on a drag motor... i take a 2.5 gasket, and lay it out on the plate. grind it to port match it to a 2.5.... some bp motors had big ports like a 260..... i never have had one of those plates... a 1" spacer on a carb motor as a add on will help coming out of the hole.... not sure about mid-range, and top end. i like 150 lbs comp on 93 oct..... JMO
