Seattle cops shot, the tribute going on all day..

The Memorial has been an all day event, on the tube, for the 4 Lakewood cops, that azzhole gunned down in cold blood. Way to hard to even imagine, much less explain..just catch it on the news. Jeezz..a 1000 "Redcoats", came down from Canada alone, and a zillion other L/E Officers, from everywhere. Just amazing, as this happened so little ago, and with little, if any, "rehearsal", the Tribute is coming out perfect. And the procession, from McCord AFB, the 10 mile ride to the Tacoma Dome was solid cop cars for hours.
Sad day here in Washington. And kinda personal, as close to me, as Lakewood is 40 miles, as the crow flies, over the water. And my Merc Guru, is a cop. I asked him if he knew Tina Griswold, as she was at one time a Shelton Police Dispatcher, as where my bud is a cop. She musta been one tough cookie, 5 foot tall, 98 pounds, and graduated SWAT. Well, heres his response a bit ago.

"Y-Up,...She was a friend and fellow patrol officer at Shelton."

I live in Spanaway, and worked on McChord until last week. The coffee shot where the shooting happened is just outside the base fence. These were good people, shot down by a dirtbag who's family and friends hid, fed, and moved him because "he shot cops, but he's family and that's more important".

And when they shot him down it looks like he was trying to set up another cop shooting in Seattle!!!

God speed to the officers, prayers for the family, and good riddince to the scumbags involved... May he rot in hell, and the family & friends rot in prison...


As a side note, I drove by the Tacoma dome during the memorial, and I've NEVER seen that may cruisers, fire truck, ambulances, etc in one place before. The parking lots were overflowing, and they had one of the side streets blocked off and lined with double rows of ERV's for almost a mile!!! AND they bussed a lot of them to the dome!!!
