You can modify the cowl for more air intake. You must already have the 4 shutter intake? Replace the steel reeds with fiber? Is he modifying the ECU/ECM specs to 300 PM specs and are the heads cut to 63 CC? Just curious. Just what comes to mind immediately.

ecu's will be set up as if 300 heads but only giving me 250 heads because im not doing that poppet diverter thing.i understand how it works and how that makes all the difference but to much work for me for a reguler motor.

Hi Michael. Little confused here. Generally, when the ECU/ECM combo is modified or used with a combination of different 3.0 L OEM ECU/ECM, the general consensus seems to be to use a 300 PM ECU and Pro XB 250 ECM with the heads cut to 300 PM specs which is 63 CC. Will your motor now require premium 93 octane? Eric, might now be modifying to a different combination that works better than the combination of OEM 300 PM and 250 Pro XB 250 EFI. Just trying to be educated here. Thanks for any additional information.
