Anyone know anything about 4stroke waverunner?

Just have a question about my 2006 Yamaha VZ110. Motor blew up and I just got finished doing a motor swap with a reman motor. Everything seems to be working fine now but about 5 seconds after I start it the beeper goes off and the check engine symbol flashes. Does anyone know of anyway to find out why its going off without taking it into the dealer? Thanks for any help you can give me.

does it have the type i take out and clean or replace it? should i add any fuel dry or sea foam to the tank?

check you little remote that it has maybe its on lock ....btw ski is the lowest ive had lol
