What crossflow V4 is this?

Intake looks different, adapter bolt pattern different among other things. Anyone know?

The picture you are showing belongs to the 1958 -1968 50HP through 85 HP models. It was built in the 70.7 cu/in and 89.9 cu/in engines sizes. The one you have here is a 89.9 cu/in and was built in 75 Hp, 80 HP and 85 HP models. This design used a 2 barrel down draft carb. Hope this helps.
