Hello, I have a buddy that is having trouble with his motor. It is hard to start most of the time for the first time when we use. After starting and warmed up, and out of the wake zone and throttle down it will bog for several minutes and then run fine. He has had it worked on several times. The carb bowls have been surfaced flat,floats checked and even put on a electric fuel pump. Has any one had this problem and know what it takes to repair. Thanks
