Latest A6 adjustment

does anybody have trouble trying to adjust the latest A6 box from merc. have 2 customers that i just sold them the new boxes and they can't make any ajustments with the 4 button tester or the ddt. called Merc H.P. and no one can give me a answer. later Larry D

Dang Larry, "an in the know" person told me the brand new boxes were "different".
