Man, what a string of bad luck.
Friday the Xploder lost the 2-3 shift.
Friday also I found a hole in my stucco house punched from a woodpecker...
Take the Xploder to trans shop yesterday and the 2500HD my buddy lent me won't start. Clutch safty switch went out....
Does anyone know where I can purchase some good luck???

I guess it could be worse. The Xploder tranny just has a little cancer and we think a simple dose of chemo (Valve body rebuild, new seperator plate & gaskets) will fix it.
Man, I can think of a lot better things to be spending this cold hard cash on....... like a 36'x40' shop.....

Well my luck might be turning around. Xploder only needed servo piston/seal. Went ahead and replaced both piston/seals, updated separator plate & gasket and upgraded the valve body. Let's hope she holds out for another 2 years or so!
Just gotta get the BMW fixed now, she's at the shop so I should have it back in a few days.
