I just swapped my yammi 150 for a 250 and my trim gauge now reads all the way up? I is reading (5) 1-5 scale when the motor is all the way down. The motor new motor plugged right in to all the same plugs, i didnt have to change anything. Any body got any ideas?

right off... I think yammi's have an adjustable trim pot in the clamp section so you can get it right....don't qoute me....some of the yammi group should chime in....give it some time

Look at the center of the tilt tube, there is a plastic clamp with a dinger sticking out that actuates the trim sender. They brake often and have been updated with a metal one.
